FORMER Swansea City striker Adebayo Akinfenwa has been signed to Millwall by their new manager Kenny Jackett.
This exciting development could mean that both Akinfenwa & Jackett could be visiting the Liberty Stadium on March 8th 2008 as Swansea play Millwall at home.
Bayo has not played a first-team game for nine months since breaking his leg last February whilst as a Swansea player.
Bayo has signed on a month-to-month contract with Millwall in order to prove his fitness.
Millwall manager Kenny Jackett said:
"Adebayo's a player I know well from Swansea and Watford so I know what he's about."
"He's fully recovered from injury - he's fit and raring to go."
"Adebayo was really keen to come here and although he's signed initially on a month-to-month contract I am certain he'll prove himself worthy of a longer deal."
