BREAKING NEWS: TRAVIS BARKER AND DJ AM IN HORRIBLE PLANE CRASH ... BOTH ARE BADLY BURNED AND CLINGING TO LIFE!!!!
September 20, 2008. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein were involved in a plane crash late last night. According to reports, the two are currently in very critical condition with extensive burns.
But they're the lucky survivors of the crash. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that the other 4 passengers were all killed. Two of the four who died late Friday were passengers and two were crew members, the National Transportation Safety Board said in a statement.
Right now it's not clear what happened, but the plane was taking off from a private airport in South Carolina when all of a sudden it burst into flames.

TMZ has learned Travis Barker has been burned from his waste down, but he is expected to survive the plane crash. DJ AM's face was severely burned and is being tended to right now.
We're also told the tragedy is all the worse -- Chris Baker, Travis' assistant on "Meet the Barkers," was married recently and has a new baby.
